Installation Guide for Knowledgebase System
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have met the following requirements:
  PHP 8.1 or higher
  MySQL or MariaDB database
  Web server (Apache, Nginx, etc.)
Step-by-Step Installation
Step 1: Download and Extract the Files
  Download the Knowledgebase System from the official repository or source.
  Extract the files to your web server's root directory (e.g., htdocs for XAMPP, www for WAMP, or /var/www/html for Linux).
Step 2: Configure the Web Server
Ensure that your web server is correctly configured to serve the Knowledgebase System files. You may need to set up a virtual host if you're using Apache or configure a server block for Nginx.
Step 3: Start the Installation
  Open your web browser and navigate to the installation URL, e.g., http://yourdomain.com/install.
  You will be redirected to the installation wizard. If not, ensure that install.php is in the root directory.
Step 4: Follow the Installation Wizard
4.1 Beginning of Installation
  URL: http://yourdomain.com/install?task=start
  Action: Enter the full URL of your website (without trailing slash) and click Next.
4.2 Database Credentials
  URL: http://yourdomain.com/install?task=database_credentials
  Action: Enter your database host, username, password, and database name. Click Next.
4.3 Site Information
  URL: http://yourdomain.com/install?task=site_information
  Action: Enter your website's name, title, email, and URL. Click Next.
4.4 Site Ownership
  URL: http://yourdomain.com/install?task=site_ownership
  Action: Enter your full name, username, email, and password. Upload an avatar image. Click Next.
Step 5: Finish the Installation
  URL: http://yourdomain.com/install?task=finish
  Action: The installation is complete. Make sure to delete install.php before you start using the script.
Important Notes
  Admin Panel: After successful installation, you can access the admin panel at http://yourdomain.com/admin.
  Security: Ensure that you delete install.php after installation to prevent unauthorized access.
Troubleshooting
Error Messages: If you encounter any error messages during installation, check your PHP error logs and the displayed messages for guidance.
Configuration Files: Ensure that config.php and db.php are writable during installation. You may need to set appropriate file permissions.
Customization
Updating Configuration Files
If you need to manually update the configuration files (config.php and db.php), ensure you follow the correct format as demonstrated in the installation process.
CSS and JS Customizations
