Provides a basic call center web application, with voice call functionalities.

The SIMPLE CALL CENTER is a custom developed web application, hosted in a web server accessible and functional through any popular known web browser. And responsive, so it can adapt to almost any small resolution screen.

The web application is developed using the TWILIO communication platform, PHP programming language with Laravel framework, VueJS for the front end and the MYSQL database.

• Manual dial.
• Call forward.
  • Forward call to another logged system user or to a specific phone number.
• Call log.
• Ban numbers. 
  • The banned phone number will receive a busy response everytime it tries to connect a call.
• Put the call on hold.
• Add, edit and delete system users. 
  • Administrator user only. 
  • Any unauthorized action will return an error.
