Instructions
Go To the File (php-codeigniter-installer => install => sql => install_database.sql)
Replace the install_database.sql file by your database sql file
Go To the File (php-codeigniter-installer => install => admin.php => line number 164) and you can edit according to your admin/user database table of your php script
INSERT INTO user_table_name (field_1, field_2, field_3, field_4) VALUES (value_1,value_2,value_3,value_4 )
