PHP Intelligent Feedback Form provides a simple web based user interface to users for providing their feedbacks. The form takes user feedback  as input and computes the overall sentiment of the feedback by using state-of-the sentiment analysis algorithm. It then sends the provided feedback and its sentiment (Positive, Negative or Neutral) to the provided email.This form can be used for businesses and organizations that want to automatically analyze the feedback of their user.
