  I'd start with a joke. The patient entered the doctor's room in the hospital and said: "Doctor everybody ignores me", doctor: "next one please". Nobody reacts to my emails to support as well to questions here.
  
  The second app is complete crap, it cannot load any news, just an empty page.

  We feel sorry that the application did not work on your side, but we are happy to help you fix it.
  
  Our typically answer time is 48-72 hours now during workdays. Our team is not working over the weekend, thus we are not available to answer during this period.
  
  Regarding the application, as specified in the documentation, we are using https://newsapi.org API's and you only have some requests per day. If you see an empty page it's possible that this requests have been consumed already. You should create your own api key on their website.
