I would highly recommend to have a online demo available for potential customers.
Most buyers would like to see a web application working online before buying.
To be honest I don't think it will sell very well without any demo. -

We really recommend a demo, it gives the customer a much better feel for the product then just a video.
Of course a video is the next best thing, but it is worth investing some time in creating an online demo. -

I couldn't name a specific host.
If you choose a free host, make sure the demo does not have slow loading times. People will think it's your script that causes it.

No slow loading time from the script.
I have already found one and hosted it on it and every thing is working fine. -

Btw don't forget to include documentation in the main .zip file. Also create some good looking preview image (800x400) and icon (200x200).
