No files provided for download after purchase

Hello.
I have ordered and paid for the logo. After paying for item in PayPal I was redirected to Download section, but it states "You haven't purchased any products yet.".
PayPal has send email, that transaction was processed.
But I do not see files in Download center nor I see this transaction in Order history. I can not find how to apply for refund as well.
Any ideas how to solve this case?

contact the support team so you can see what happened and why the download hasnt appeared yet. I had a client to which same thing happened but in a day or 2 the download button appeared.

If you have submitted a new request then wait , hopefully you'll get reply today (99.99% chances) from Codester Team on your email otherwise you'll get reply within 1-2 business day.
No worry about the purchase if you paid you'll get definitely your item.

I have the same issue. I paid for an item and it's still not in downloads and purchase history. PayPal shows transaction.

Isn't it supposed to add to downloads right away after purchase?

It always happens download right away after purchase but sometime some issue occurs as same as in your case . But don't worry it will be solved asap by Codester Team, No worry about that.
