Bundled Plugins with Theme or Template

Just want to if it is allowed here to bundle plugins with a theme/template if have the extended license. plugin/item can be from this or another marketplace.

it is not allowed to sell the theme/template or plugins as it is as a bundle with just an extended license.
It will require explicit permission from the author of the theme/template or plugin.

Sure, You do have to have the rights to add Revolution Slider.
