Squadore Oct 15, 2019Hello,
i've created new version of my application, but since the changes were pretty significant and there is no easy way to upgrade , i decided to release it under new name. The question is, is it ok on codester to have two similar apps in the store?
Both would be maintained equally, the new version of the app is more modern (built with Vue, GraphQL, Material Design), when the old version is simple server side rendered application.
Thanks! -
Near identical are not allowed. Even newer versions can be rejected as in such a case the older version should be replaced.
That said, if the item seems identical, but is technically very different. For example an iOS version and an Android version of an app. It is allowed.
I hope this gives more clarity. -
