I would like to know how should I deal with a review, that's not relevant, but it affects my product rating. -
crazyoldgoat1 Aug 20, 2019it sucks but you'll always get a review or two like this even if your app is perfect. I'm not sure if people can re-rate or anything but help them with their issue and ask for one if possible. Either way, try not to be passive-aggressive and act like all you want to do is help the guy with his problem and your customer service just looks better for it and it won't put anyone else off who saw that someone had an issue.
