Allowed to post link and ask for feedback?

Hi Everyone,
I'm pretty new on this website and I have a question.

Am I allowed to ask for some feedback from the community before trying to upload a script? Or, should I ask for feedback later on, after uploading?

I was thinking to post a link to the project and provide an admin login, but I don't want to upset anyone.

Upload your item. The review team will review you item and give your feedback on your item. It is when you upload your item that you can provide demo links and demo login.
