what is detailed documentation?

Hello Codester, why my item was rejected again and again as I followed the reason? I have submitted my item for 3rd time but again rejected due to following reason "include more detailed documentation on who to use the item."? can you please elaborate which detailed documentation you are talking about? I have also added documentation in source code root directory/documentation/index.html.

Each item requires documentation on how to install , use the item and what the requirements are for the item to get it to work.
In the case of app templates, it is also required to submit detailed reskinning instructions.

Please make sure you describe everything in as much detail as possible. Documentation in can easily be several pages long.
