Hello, how can I see who bought my template? so I can give them help if needed, because a lot of ppl come to me (Twitter) for help but idk if they bought or not.

just tell them to ask for support on the support tab of your product. If they do you can see then if they are the person that buyed or not

I hope that Codester will in near future implement an API or at least provide a way how to check if an email (or hashed email) belongs to a paid customer and what license was bought. It is an often requested feature.

We will not implement customer check based on email, due to privacy issues. When implement such a feature, it would be based on username.

Frederick, what are you planning on doing related to GDPR rules? As i know, in 2 days it comes in effect. Will you ask users for consent on processing the personal information they have entered on the website?
