Why it takes a month to withdraw the funds?

I've been selling on this marketplace for a while, I'm happy with the results and I really like this in overall, but here's something that annoys me a bit, I was trying to withdraw funds from last month (Payment was scheduled for today 1st Jan, 2018), and I just got another sale, so I decided to cancel the current wihdrawal and make a new one to withdraw the money that I already had, for my surprise now it says that the withdrawal is scheduled for the 1st of Febrary, 2018, why can't withdrawals be more inmediate? Like 3-5 days but a whole month?

Sorry to hear about that! Never cancel a payment in the day of a payout. But I can understand the frustration. Safest way is to select "all earnings" for payout instead of a precise amount.

All payments are send in batches and are all checked manually. If would have to do this every 3 days, 10 times a month, this would be much less efficient. Once a month is the most efficient way to pay out authors without charging extra costs to the authors.

Thank you for your response Frederick, I hadn't noticed that there was an option "All earnings", this should be the default one, I wouldn't have cancelled if I had checked this, as I said, I canceled the money because there was some left and I thought about "re-withdrawing it all", but thanks, noted now, I've clicked the option now

I mean when i scheduled my payment then it is scheduled for 3rd of september.
So what is the date

All withdrawals are processed on the first business day of the month. In this case monday the 3rd of September is the first business day.

In the usermenu there is an option Withdrawal. Here you can submit a withdrawal.
