marmonk Dec 31, 2017I would like someone to explain me this, when you are buying a product or exemple school crm , and the licence said the user should not be charge does it mean that , student who will be using the service should not paid for it or this only concern the administrator or the service.

You are allowed to make money with the end product, but you are not allowed to sell the end product as it is. For example you buy the CRM and upload it to Codester again and try tot sell it.

A regular license would do. You can use this for one installation. The number of users does not matter.
